I get it, investing in an appointment can feel like a lot if you're on the fence or unsure if it's the right care option! This is a FREE in person session to have a more in depth conversation about what I offer, how I can help, and to discuss overall possibilities for a treatment plan. 

This appointment is not a complete assessment and does not replace having an initial assessment.

Select if this is your first appointment with Freya, or you are seeking treatment for a new injury, or you are returning after more than three months since the last appointment. 

Initial assessments include: 
- Review of the intake form 
- Health history (physical, mental, social) 
- Discussion of goals and intentions
- Clinical assessment (range of motion, specific testing, palpation)
- Hands on soft tissue techniques 
- Rehabilitation and clinical exercises
- Education

Initial Athletic Therapy Session - 60 Minutes

Select after the initial assessment. This includes: 
- A check in on progress
- Reassessment as needed of relevant structures
- Hands on soft tissue techniques
- Rehabilitation and clinical exercises
- Education

Subsequent Athletic Therapy Session - 30 Minutes

Subsequent Athletic Therapy Session - 45 Minutes

Subsequent Athletic Therapy Session - 60 Minutes

Select this appointment if you have not had a session for over 6 months, or if you are a returning client who needs treatment for a new injury or concern.

Athletic Therapy Re-Assessment and Treatment - 60 Minutes

Select this for a follow up from an initial assessment. 

All sessions include an assessment, manual hands on treatment, rehabilitative and corrective movement, reassessment, and a comprehensive treatment plan. In these RMT sessions manual therapy is being used to facilitate movement, not for relaxation. You will periodically be up and moving around. Please come dressed in clothes that allow movement and access to the area of complaint (ie. shorts, sports bra/tank top).

Subsequent Massage Therapy Session - 60 Minutes

Select this as a follow up after an initial assessment.

All sessions include an assessment, manual hands on treatment, rehabilitative and corrective movement, reassessment, and a comprehensive treatment plan. In these RMT sessions manual therapy is being used to facilitate movement, not for relaxation. You will periodically be up and moving around. Please come dressed in clothes that allow movement and access to the area of complaint (ie. shorts, sports bra/tank top). and therapeutic exercises to address client concerns.

Subsequent Massage Therapy Session - 45 Minutes

Select this appointment if it is your first time getting treatment in this space. 

All sessions include an assessment, manual hands on treatment, rehabilitative and corrective movement, reassessment, and a comprehensive treatment plan. In these RMT sessions manual therapy is being used to facilitate movement, not for relaxation. You will periodically be up and moving around. Please come dressed in clothes that allow movement and access to the area of complaint (ie. shorts, sports bra/tank top).

Massage Therapy Re-Assessment and Treatment - 60 Minutes

Select this option for your first appointment with Freya.  
This includes both upper and lower body stretches. Stretching can be a great addition to your workout warm ups or a cool down treat. 

Initial Stretch - Whole Body

An ongoing stretch appointment, select after your initial session. This will focus on the upper body and includes shoulder, pectorals, lats, forearm & hand, and neck. Stretching can be a great addition to your workout warm ups or a cool down treat. 

Stretch - Upper Body

An ongoing stretch appointment, select after your initial session. This includes both upper and lower body stretches. Stretching can be a great addition to your workout warm ups or a cool down treat.
